SLP: Starting a Report
Over the course of BHA499, you will build a complete report to present to the Board of Administration at the Soldiers’
Home covering the entire scenario concerning the COVID-19 pandemic and impact on the facility.
You need to convince the board that an event such as this will not happen again given the steps you will outline.
In Module 4, you will submit a compilation of all module SLPs in a complete presentation, with narration. All references
should be compiled into one list.
In a 6- to 8-slide PowerPoint presentation with complete speaker’s notes, identify how COVID-19 traveled from the
origin of Wuhan, China, to the United States. In your presentation show how public health data and tools are used to
measure the occurrence of COVD-19 in a population currently. Use charts and graphs to track COVID-19 trends.
For each SLP you will be creating new slides to create a final presentation.
SLP Assignment Expectations
1. Conduct additional research to gather sufficient information to justify/support your strategic plan.
2. Limit your response to a maximum of 8 slides (title and reference slides are not included in page number count).
3. Support your report with peer-reviewed articles, using at least 2-3 references. Use the following link for additional
