When interacting with a supervisor, it may be difficult to know how to act, what to expectand how much to expect in terms of mentorship and guidance. You do not need to enter a supervisory relationship shrouded in mystery. In fact, like many other aspects of the internship experience, the best route to clear expectations is to develop a plan. In this Assignment, you develop a supervision plan in order to be proactive and prepared for supervision.

Consider how you can be proactive and collaborative to foster proactive and positive supervisions. Refer to the resources provided in the course this week.
